Wherever you live We want you to experience Hawaiian food and culture through my eyes as a Kamaaina since 1962. In addition, we want to give various recipes a try. My name is Lucio, and I am the founder of 808 Bites. I adore my job, anything to do with food. I live on Maui, Hawaii and have had the opportunity to travel around the world and try so many dishes from other cultures that were absolutely delicious.
